Heya everyone. Hope you are having a wonderful day! What is today about?
You ask..
This should make things loud and clear... my post heading right? I am all for healthy living and good eating choices. Having seen enough birthdays to affirm the benefits of living healthy, let me propagate the theory of a balanced diet today.
I often get complimented for my figure and activeness. What I eat, makes me what I am.I am a strong believer of living healthy. We all should. Its a world of appearances out there! Girls today are obsessed with looking slim and trim, AT ANY COST! Which means that they will try out any diet plan, however extreme it may be in order to fit the size ZERO slot. But trust me my lovely ladies, Crash diets CRASH! They kill your immunity and affect your bodies in more ways than you can imagine. You may end up fitting sexily into that PROM DRESS that looks like a dream but its a huge price to pay, and your body does not need to undergo that kind of exploitation.
So here is some GYAAN that will definitely help you remain slim and healthy without taking a SHORT CUT that could actually do more harm than good. Bid Adieu to the days of crash dieting for that big event and say hello to a gorgeous you permanently and more effortlessly.
What is a diet essentially?
" This simple is word used to encompass everything you eat and drink. However, over time, the term diet has come to symbolize a multi-million dollar industry aimed at a quick fix for our deepest insecurities. "
When people diet, they normally restrict the intake of food and beverages, by cutting down portions or cutting down some food items entirely. In that case, we just are obsessed with what goes inside our mouths rather than what we do to our bodies. Now doesn't that SOUND really unfit and unfair?
If we go on crash diets, not only are we depriving the body of some very essential nutrients and nourishment, but we are also playing with the natural system just to satiate our body's desire of glorious and pompous external show off.
Good health however, reflects from within. Having a balanced diet over a long period of time is going to change your entire perspective towards living, inclining you naturally towards the holistic ways of life. By having the right proportion of VITAMINS, MINERALS, CARBS AND PROTEINS, we tend to look fit and feel fit.
Crash dieting cannot and should not be sustained over a period of time as it can cause irreparable damage to the body. And instead of looking like a doll for your special occasions, you might end up with lots of digestive issues, hair and skin problems and a weakened immune system over all. Nobody wants that now right?
A Balanced diet focuses on the means rather than a goal. Make informed choices about what you eat for dinner, lunch or breakfast. When you are not strictly following any fads, you tend to explore what suits your body, your taste buds and your energy. In turn you realise more than just diet goals, you discover yourself. This holistic approach may also encourage you to not just focus on diet but also on wellness with exercise, yoga or meditation.
Start taking small steps towards a constant goal rather than one huge leap that will end sooner than later. Its your health. Start off with making lifestyle changes such as replacing sugar with Honey or jaggery. Honey has many health benefits and a glass of warm water with honey and lemon juice every morning will give your day a healthy start and help you lose unwanted weight real fast.
So what are you waiting for? Try the HONEY DIET today. And come back to thank me for it!

OK,
so let’s define the term “diet.” This simple word used to encompass
everything you eat and drink. However, over time, the term diet has come
to symbolize a multi-million dollar industry aimed at a quick fix for
our deepest insecurities.
Diets are aimed at restricting our
food and beverage intake so that we can lose weight. Some diets restrict
our carbohydrate intake. Others restrict our caloric intake. Diets
usually fixate on what we put in our mouths, rather than what we do with
our bodies, if that makes sense.
By focusing on restriction, the plan
is that you will lose weight by eliminating something from your eating
routine, or by cutting back on the amount of food you eat.
